Similar to "Your connection is not private" should allow a workaround, clock error should allow an option to proceed anyway, too.

I am seeing this issue with #16137

Chrome shows the correct error message with the "Proceed" option, Brave shows the incorrect error message with no "Proceed" option.

What is this clock error and why is it even coming? I am not able to use the websites due to this issue. What is the resolution or workaround for this?
The URL works on Edge, Firefox where I can accept the risk and continue. But brave just stops this.

I have never seen this clock error earlier. what is this error really?

@sripathiks The clock error being displayed here is due to a separate issue #16137 the browser is incorrectly reporting expired SSL certificate errors as clock errors.

Would be nice if it did, but it doesn’t.
