Error message persists even when trying to perform a different action

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Ledger device and trigger an error message
2. Try to connect to Trezor
3. Ledger message continues to show and is not dismissed

Actual result:

Persistent.Error.message.mp4

Expected result:

Should dismiss the error message when a different action is being performed like selecting a different h/w wallet
