Media control keys doesn't play/pause media

Description

When playing video/music on youtube media control keys on many laptops allows play/pause and play next/previous video on a playlist on Youtube. For example, Firefox and Chromium browser supports this functionality.

Note: By media control keys I mean F9, F10 and F11 keys on my device(HP Notebook 14s-dq1504na laptop).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play any playlist on youtube.
2. Try pressing media control keys to control media

Actual result:

Expected result:

1. When the F10 key is pressed it is expected to play/pause the current playing video.
2. When the F9 key is pressed it is expected to play the previous video on the current playlist.
3. When the F11 key is pressed it is expected to play the next video on the current playlist.

Apologies for not being able to get screenkey to work. I was pressing F9, F10 and F11 keys on the video below.
