Brave News - outline on source (hover) overlaps text

Description

When mousing over the name of a source in Brave News on Desktop, the border added (for mouseover) sometimes cuts into the text for when the story was published

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a new tab
2. Scroll down; enable Brave News
3. Scroll through news stories
4. Use the mouse to hover over the source name

Actual result:

Expected result:

Spacing should be enough that it doesn't cut into any fields

Reproduces how often:

Depends on the sources; but easy enough to reproduce all the time
