Description

The Header ad of arstechnica.com doesn't get blocked even in aggressive mode.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Brave
  2. Set Tracker & Ads Blocking to "Aggressive" - brave://settings/shields
  3. Visit - https://arstechnica.com/
  4. Header ad Placeholder still doesn't get blocked.

Actual result:

Ad Placeholder doesn't get removed automatically in Aggressive mode.

Ad Placeholder should be removed automatically in Aggressive mode.
