I have a tiny suggestion for the support form on Android. When a user navigates to Brave Settings > Firewall + VPN > Contact Technical Support, the form has all of the key elements except for the last item.
It's labeled “Other Issues” which could be misleading since the options above aren't necessarily issues listed and it doesn't scream that there is a drop down menu to choose from.
Solution
Update the contact form as follows:
Move the issue field up to the very top to highlight this to more customers.
Change the title to "Select Issue" instead of "Issue".
