Block Autoplay no longer works.

The blocking in the settings no longer works.
Also the policy AutoplayAllowed=false does not work.

@Johann999 I'm not able to reproduce this on Brave 1.41.96 on Windows (or macOS)

Can you add more detailed steps on what you're seeing?

1. With 1.41.96 I visited Youtube and clicked a video and noticed autoplay played the video.
2. brave://settings/content/autoplay and toggled the main switch to block autoplay
3. Went back to Youtube, clicked a video and noticed I had to press play for video to play

I also see the setting working on espn.com following steps above.

Blick tv on www.blick.ch is sometimes blocked, sometimes not.

@Johann999 When I set block for www.blick.ch, on refresh of the page it immediately blocks auto play and I have to select a video to play content. Is it a specific page on www.blick.ch? When I switch back, the video starts playing on blick.ch.

@Johann999 Can you try blocking autoplay on youtube.com either for youtube.com specifically or for all sites and test out youtube.com? We want to rule out to see if autoplay is not working for you fully or if it's specific to a website.

The problem occurs on different PCs.
Sometimes BlickTv gets blocked, sometimes not.
I think Brave works properly. I have this problem only with this website.
This website (www.blick.ch) will continuously updated.

Blocking autoplay recently stopped working on (at least) youtube for me, even if the setting is on globally rather than just for youtube as a site.

Was reported https://abc7ny.com/jeff-beck-dead-obit-famous-deaths-2023-yard-birds/12689980/ played back video, while having autoplay blocked.

Tested in Brave Nightly; Version 1.49.42. Occurs in the current stable Brave release also.
