Description

Submit button should be disabled until input

Steps to Reproduce

  1. install 1.44.92
  2. launch Brave
  3. open brave://settings/privacy
  4. toggle Use Bridges to Enabled
  5. click on the Request a bridge from torproject.org radio button
  6. click on the Request a New Bridge...` button
  7. notice and click on Submit

Actual result:

Submit is enabled

Expected result:

The Submit button should be disabled, until input

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave 1.45.59 Chromium: 106.0.5249.40 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)
