Credentials expire for a new VPN account when system date is advanced on the client side

Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. New profile,
2. Open brave://flags
3. Set brave://flags/#brave-vpn to Enabled`
4. Load account.bravesoftware.com.
5. Enter basic-authentication credentials and click Sign in on the modal dialog
6. entered test1214vpn2@mailinator.com, clicked Get login link
7. clicked the link in the email
8. clicked Browse plans
9. scrolled down
10. clicked on Buy now for Brave VPN Subscription
11. completed the Stripe purchase flow
12. confirmed I could connect to the VPN
13. closed Brave browser
14. advanced the system date to 12/20 (Windows settings>>Time & language>>Current date and time)
15. relaunched Brave
16. login to account.bravesoftare.com
17. successfully logged in
18. clicked VPN button

Actual result:

Brave Firewall + VPN modal rendered

Expected result:

Credentials should be renewed/new credentials created
