Diagonal lines glitch on videos and when switching between tabs when hardware acceleration is Enabled

Description

Scrolling through sites with embedded videos sometimes the videos shows glitchy - whole video box is in diagonal lines and translated. The video is playing like this.
Also noticed similar issue when switching between tabs - for a split second when switching the whole window shows with diagonal lines all over it.

Steps to Reproduce

I.

1. Go to meme site (in my case 9gag)
2. Scroll through the content
3. If You're lucky You will stumble upon glitched video - best reproduced if the video is in standard site size

II.

1. Open two tabs in Brave browser, one of them must be f.e. paused YouTube video
2. Switch between them any way You prefer
3. Watch carefully between switches to observe diagonal lines for a split second

For me this glitch only occur when hardware acceleration is on but I hope they would still fix it because it is bothersome. This does not happen compared to other browsers when HA is on.

Turning HA off seem to work around the issue. Also tried to clean install my graphics drivers but it had no effect. Hope the issue would be investigated.
