Add option to disable mouse scroll wheel tab scrolling.

The issue is that there seems to be no way to disable the Mouse wheel from scrolling through tabs in the tab list or whatever it is called at the top of the browser when multiple web pages are open and you have multiple tabs in the list, Please implement a feature to turn off scroll-able tabs via the mouse wheel scrolling while mouse is over the tabs where all the multiple tabs are displayed at the top of the browser.
