Android tablet pen input bugs

Description

I use a Samsung Tab S8+ tablet, primarily using the stylus pen it came with.

When I press the url/search bar or other inputs with the pen, it doesn't bring up the keyboard. It does if I press with my finger, but not when I do it with the pen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a new tab.
2. Press on search bar with stylus

Actual result:

The on screen keyboard will not apper. Sometimes, a smaller menu appears with 4-5 small buttons, to help edit handwriting written directly in the input field. That menu has an button to bring up the keyboard. That button also does not work.

Expected result:

The on-screen keyboard should to appear (I use the floating keyboard, swiping words on it with the pen)

Brave: 1.48.164 Chromium: 110.0.5481.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Other Additional Information:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? No
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? No

Miscellaneous Information:

In chrome I do not have this issue. I use brave everywhere else, and this is a deal beaker for me on tablet, so I will have to revert to Chrome or Samsung's browser until this is resolved. Would appreciate a fix for this.
