Locked at 60 fps

Description

I have a 165Hz display and for some reason i am locked at 60 fps until I plug in my laptop. Anyone else having this issue? I cant seem to figure out what the problem is.

Steps to Reproduce

Actual result:

Before plugging in charger.

After plugging in charger.

Reproduces how often:

Brave version (info found on brave://version)

Version/Channel Information:

• Can you reproduce this issue with the current release?
• Can you reproduce this issue with the beta channel?
• Can you reproduce this issue with the dev channel?
• Can you reproduce this issue with the nightly channel?

Other Additional Information:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?

Hi @prajjwaldevkota Can you provide more detail as to what version you're running? You can go to brave://version and copy and paste system info from there
e.g.
