Found while testing the issue #29609
Country dropdown is NOT shown in an upgraded profile (1.45.104->1.51.80)

Steps to reproduce

1. Set OS locale to Japan and then install 1.45.104 (old version where we don't have geo declaration yet)
2. Connect your bitFlyer account
3. Upgrade to 1.51.80
4. Tap on the BR panel after upgrade, country dropdown is NOT displayed.

Actual result

Country dropdown is NOT shown in an upgraded profile (1.45.104->1.51.80)

Expected result

Country dropdown should be shown in an upgraded profile (1.45.104->1.51.80)
