Transaction fees missing from Filecoin transactions UI

Description

Transaction fee is missing from Filecoin displayed transactions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a wallet
2. Send some FIL
3. View the transaction
4. hover over the "fees" icon (coins)

Actual result:

"Transaction fees" pop-over is missing the fee value

Expected result:

"Transaction fees" pop-over displays the fee value
