Opening link from other app opens in closed profile

Description

When having browser open in 2 different profiles and I close the other one (and do not interact with the other one) and then open a link in different application, like Slack, the link opens in the profile I just closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Brave as default browser
2. Open browser in 2 different profiles
3. Close one profile - do not interact with the still open profile
4. Open link from external application (like Slack)

Actual result:

Link opens in profile I just closed (and opens all other tabs there too)

Expected result:

Link opens in the profile I have open.
