Description

I found that crash in 1.52.126. We need to fix and uplift to a stable channel. There are no STR but just make sure that news working without any issues.

Exception java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke interface method 'int org.chromium.chrome.browser.tab.Tab.getId()' on a null object reference
  at org.chromium.chrome.browser.brave_news.CardBuilderFeedCard.lambda$createCard$3 (CardBuilderFeedCard.java:411)
  at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker (ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1145)
  at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run (ThreadPoolExecutor.java:644)
  at java.lang.Thread.run (Thread.java:1012)
