Desktop app directly CRASHES upon enabling Chrome Refresh 2023 flag and clicking 3 dots on top right

Brave Browser Crashes straight up, I enabled chrome refresh 2023 UI and used normally it works, BUT when i click hamburger menu/3 dots brave hard crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to brave://flags
2. enable Chrome Refresh 2023
3. restart
4. click on 3 dots on top right (Customize and control Brave)
5. INSTANT CRASH

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? NO

• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? NO

Miscellaneous Information:

Not gonna lie i have missed this rounded corner chrome style tab UI in Brave Browser, I'd love to see it in future, sometimes that makes me wanna go and use chrome. Earlier there use to be an option to select what kind of tab UI we want from flags, please bring it back.
