Visiting https://en.wikipedia-on-ipfs.org/wiki doesn't load IPNS link when auto-redirect is enabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Auto-redirect setting to Enabled
2. Visit https://en.wikipedia-on-ipfs.org/wiki in a new tab
3. Doesn't auto-redirect load the page on ipns

Actual result:

IPFS.Autoredirect.mp4

Expected result:

Should auto redirect similar to Kubo 0.22.0

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Kubo 0.23.0

This seems to be an issue with DNS (Brave VPN enabled). Should be handled in #32943
