After #36811 bitcoin creation is merged in.
we will start fetching bitcoin balance for all bitcoin accounts.

Verification passed on iPhone 13 with iOS 18 Developer Beta running 1.67 (122) build

  • Verified steps from brave/brave-core#23117
  • Verified Bitcoin account balance is shown in Wallet panel, Portfolio, Asset details screen, Accounts tab and Account details screen
  • Verified applying filters in Portfolio updates the visibility of accounts
