Description

PassKit downloads can cause hangs and seem to freeze the app sometimes.

Steps to reproduce

Same Steps: Unable to add pass/ticket to iOS Wallet brave-ios#8057

Actual result

Download hangs the app sometimes

Expected result

App should run smoothly
