Application freezes entirely when dragging 4GB+ Files from downloads section to other location

Description

When dragging a 4GB+ File from the drop-down for downloads the entire browser pauses and lags out. Won't be a problem for most users, this is just a heads up, if you want to recreate the issue I was transferring Ubuntu LTS 22.04.5-DESKTOP-AMD64.ISO to a really old flash drive. The blame is definitely on the flashdrive, but I think it's interesting that it hangs the browser for the entirety of the file move process vs occuring through windows

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on downloads menu
2. Move big file to flashdrive
3. .... Profit?

Actual result

Entire machine hung for process of transfer, mostly the browser though

Expected result

For the browser to continue working during file transfer
