title bar gets scrambled up when disabling system title bar and using vertical tabs

Description

When disabling the system title bar and using vertical tabs the icons for window management like x and maximize are overlayed by the sidebar icon and downloads icon because its placed in the same row now. (see screenshot)

Steps to reproduce

1. disable setting "use system title bar and borders"
2. switch to use vertical tabs

Actual result
