Playback Popup When Changing Volume

#3436 Steps to Reproduce

Simply have a youtube tab open, or any playback type of website, and change volume from anywhere, even other applications!

Actual result:

Is there any way to disable this?

Any help is appreciated!

Ok, got it working after looking at this:

If that link dies, here is the tutorial for anyone else:

1. Type brave://flags into the address bar
2. Search for a flag called #hardware-media-key-handling
3. Disable the flag and relaunch the browser when prompted.

@dmoa thanks for digging in - that was supposed to have been disabled... maybe existing profiles kept the old setting
