Description

The modified monthly tip is not reflecting in the rewards widget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 0.71.111
2. Restore any staging wallet which has the balance
3. Send a monthly tip 1 BAT to fully KYC'd pubs
4. Make sure the monthly tip reflected in the rewards widget
5. Modify the monthly tip to 10 BAT from the dropdown in the BR panel
6. Open an NTP or existing NTP doesn't show the updated monthly tip

Actual result:

The monthly tip is not updated in Rewards widget when the monthly tip is updated in BR panel

Expected result:

The modified monthly tip is should reflect in the rewards widget
