Test Plan

Currently 'custom' (more "temporary") home pages are only supported in regions:
"JP", "CN", "KR", "KP", "TW", "MN", "MO", "GU", "MP", "SG", "IN", "PK", "MV", "BD", "BT", "NP", "UZ"

Steps:
Test

1. Change locale to one of the above regions
2. Keep 'requesting' new background images
3. Eventually should see the 'temp' image

Temp image has a 25% change of appearing, so should see it roughly every 4th time or so, but is this is not guaranteed.

Settings:

Test

1. Go to Settings
2. See new menu option under Display titled "New Tab Page"

If you are not in one of the above locales, you should see this:

If you are in one of the above locales, you should see an additional menu option for "Show Sponsored Images"

Test

1. Turn off "Show Background Images"
2. You should see "Show Sponsored Images" also turn off
3. You should see "Show Sponsored Images" as 'disabled'
4. Turn on "Show Background Images"
5. "Show Sponsored Images" is still off
6. "Show Sponsored Images" should now be 'enabled'

With "Show Background Images" on, and "Show Sponsored Images" off, you should never see the 'temporary' / sponsored background image.
