Platform: Windows 10
Version: 36ae2ec
In other browsers I'm able to drag a link to the tab bar to open it in an existing tab or a new one, I'm unable to do this on Brave. I've tried it on multiple websites.
Here's an example of a site that this doesn't work on: http://dashboard.at.ninjawedding.org/
