Description

Sometimes on open or launch of Brave the active tab in a window is white. When you click on the tab in the tab bar, the page content displays.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have several windows with tabs (I had 4-5 windows with approximately 230 tabs between them but @btlechowski and @kjozwiak saw this issue with only 2 windows and maybe 6 tabs)
  2. Note the active tab in each window has content.
  3. Close and launch Brave.

Actual result:
Active tab in some of the windows is white until you click on the tab in tab bar.
whitetabs

Expected result:
Active tab in each window is displayed properly

Reproduces how often:
easily with a large number of tabs
