IDN Domains doesn't list with IDN in ledger table

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable payments
  2. Visit http://www.fräuleinfröhlich.de/
  3. See inaccesible webpage link in ledger table

Actual result:

Expected result:
Should show correct IDN instead of punny code url
