Description

When viewing about:preferences#ethwallet, you'll notice that the ETHER* string that's part of the balance will turn white and will be moved to the bottom of the ETH value. This usually happens once you've connected to peers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. launch a version of brave that has ETH Wallet (currently using Eth-wallet rebased #14734)
  2. enable ETH Wallet using about:preferences#ethwallet and restart the browser
  3. ensure that you have a wallet with funds (I used main net but I'm sure you can use a ropsten and fund via a faucet)
  4. restart brave and visit about:preferences#ethwallet, you'll notice that once you connect to a peers, the ETHER* string part of the balance will turn white and move to the bottom of the balance value.

Actual result:

ethwhite

Expected result:

The ETHER*string shouldn't be formatted and shouldn't be moved.

Reproduces how often:

100% reproducible using the above STR.
