OS's default browser setting is lost when upgrading

Yes

Describe the issue you encountered:
I had Brave set as my default browser and I upgraded to a new version. Windows set the default browser back to Edge

Expected behavior:
Brave would continue to be the default browser

  Windows 10

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Have Brave already installed
  2. Install a new version
  3. You may get a notice in the action center:
     
  4. Open a link in Outlook, etc.
  5. Notice it opens in edge
