Vimeo player does not play because of privacy settings

Describe the issue you encountered: On http://www.pilotworkshop.com/tip/route-planning the vimeo player does not let play the video with this message:

Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.

I had to disable Bravery shield to play it.

Expected behavior:

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): Windows 10
• Brave Version: 0.11.0

  2. Make sure Bravery shield is on
