Describe the issue you encountered:
While investigating #3022, I attempted to quit via the hamburger menu. An unexpected error occurred and froze the browser.

Expected behavior:
The application should quit similar to File -> Quit

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Tested on Windows 7 ia32
  • Brave Version:
    0.11.6 pre-beta
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open the application
    2. Open the hamburger menu on the right
    3. Select 'Quit Brave'
  • Screenshot if needed:
    quit_hitch
  • Any related issues:
    Menu should only be built once #3022
