Describe the issue you encountered: "Bring All to Front" in "Window" on the menu bar does nothing on Windows.

Expected behavior: It should be disabled on Windows. If it does not work on linux distros either, it should be enabled only on macOS.

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?): Windows 10
  • Brave Version: 0.11.6
