  • Move "monthly budget' to first column.
  • Move "account balance" to 2nd column
  • change style of account balance field to display-only text box
  • move "Add funds..." button below balance field

note: image shows "advanced settings" buttons which will not be implemented until we have 2 more "advanced features" to add.
