Urlbar Optimization Problems Tracking issues

• The urlbar is really touchy and forcing errors #4584 (BB: We will probably backout the URL bar optimization work to fix this)

• Bookmark suggestions makes it impossible to type the URL #4581 (BB: We will probably backout the URL bar optimization work to fix this)
• Opening new tab retains the previous active tab's URL #4580

Can I kindly promote my own set of issues related to the URL bar collected over time ? :)

• Navigating to URL causes UrlBar to "blink" and yield wrong url results #4219
• Autocomplete in urlbar blocks CTRL + X (cut action) #3753
• UrlbarSuggestions does not work if you are offline #3730

@Sh1d0w this is only related to the optimizaiton which was backed out, if you'd like a generalized tracking issue though pls post a new issue for that.
