Describe the issue you encountered: Icons on about:bookmarks are slightly unaligned

In the left column,

bookmarkfoldericon

In the right column, the default icon (fa-file-o) is slightly not placed at the center

Expected behavior:

bookmarkfoldericon_2

the default icon should be placed at the center.
