  1. Do a clean install of 0.13.5 RC2
  2. Enable payments from preference
  3. Wallet is not created

• Actual result:
  Wallet creation fails on 0.13.5 RC2

• Expected result:
  Should create wallet

• Will the steps above reproduce in a fresh profile? If not what other info can be added?

Should be fixed with a3de55a; I'll manually test now

Confirmed fix on my Win10 VM 👍 Since update is already merged I'll close this out
