  Windows 10 x64

• Brave Version (revision SHA):
  0.14.2 Preivew 2

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install 0.14.2 preivew 2 upgrade/new install
  2. Start from console shows error
  3. Two background process launches, browser window doesn;t load

• Actual result:
  Browser doesn't launch on Preview 2 build

• Expected result:
  Browser should launch

Fixed with 1a5b8ec
