Fails when loading some files, for example SCROLL_2.BAS.
Returns an error on the last line (a GOTO)
Retyping that line in fixes the issue.
Fix may need to be rolled into the standard 16-bit version as well.

Triggered only when the last character of the file was not ASCII.
