Hello!

I want to use somalier for relatedness and also sex determination. I am wondering how the sex is inferred. I would be glad if you can share with me how it is computed and/or which are the variables and thresholds used to do so.

If you have other questions let me know. The HTML output is supposed to help you find the male or female samples visually, the inference code should work for high-quality, well-behaved samples, but it's a simple test.
