Could not open database error

Hi, I have an issue with opening my pass DB on iOS.
First I thought that file is corrupted. I've tried to resave DB on a computer and open copy - same issue. If I will create a new DB it works, Kagi can open an empty DB.
If I will import in new DB records from the old DB - the same issue.

Error message simple "Could not open database". I've purchased Apple Developer account but Apple says it will take up to 2 business days to process the order. Can you help with debugging issue?
