Separate folder exclusions for RAG chat vs connection embeddings

Hello,

Personally, I'd love to be able to have a separate list of folder exclusions for the Chat vs the Connections. Or perhaps exclusions for a specific chat even.

When I am writing, I love to see how highlights from an article I once read are connected, but when I am chatting and use the "based on my notes" feature, I want it to only be based on my notes, not those same highlights I so loved having included before.
