Dealing with isotope measurement uncertainties

I have a fairly general question. Is it possible to include an error term with the individual consumer isootpe values to reflect measurement uncertainties? I am dealing with amino acid values which occasionally have fairly large measurement errors that I would like to incorporate in the model if possible? I couldn't see an error term in the examples provided but fairly new to MixSIAR.
