Provider issues for both AWS and Azure #248

Any recommendations for running the code as it is ?

Which version of provider would work best for AWS and Azure?

Setting the azure provider to version = "=2.0.0" seems to not work and the application_gateway.tf seems to be missing the locals variable block.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
