Improve styling for genre filter section

This is the current filter/dropdown for genres on the site:

Improve the styling of the dropdown so that the font sizing, padding, etc is similar to EmojiScreen:

Also restyle the dropdown so that it is not the default browser dropdown anymore. This might include adding Select2 or another library to the filter to allow for more flexibility styling.

Here is an example of what an updated dropdown could look like:
