How to view the rendered docs?

Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but I can't find a way to view the rendered docs stored in this GitHub repo.

I have a legacy pipeline that uses version 3.5.0 of HaplotypeCaller and I would like to be able to read the docs for that specific version. I can find the corresponding html page org_broadinstitute_gatk_tools_walkers_haplotypecaller_HaplotypeCaller.html easily enough, but because it is just an html fragment (without the full html headers) when I view the page in raw mode, Chrome simply displays the html tags and not the rendered page.

Is there are way to browse the rendered versions of these docs?
