Allow linking exercises from training programs

Describe the feature you'd like
Example:
Program 1 includes 2 bench press sets of 10 reps at 60kg
Program 2 includes 2 bench press sets of 10 reps at 60kg
At the end of Program 1, I change its bench press to 6 reps at 65kg.
When starting Program 2 later, I see that the exercise is 10 reps at 60kg and I need to change it.
I would have preferred to have Program 2's bench press exercise to match Program 1's.

Ideally, in Program 2, I would like to select an exercise in Program 1 so that any update I make on either Program updates the linked exercises in the other Programs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Spend time to manually update the values in each exercise in each Program.

Additional context
Over multiple programs and exercises, this gets pretty tiring and time-consuming.

Anything personal you want to add for the developer.
Thank you for this app, even without this feature, it is still great :)
