Quando os campos estão todos vazios e clicando em cadastrar-se, o aplicativo apresenta um erro: City Care keeps stopping.

Process: com.example.administrador.citycaremobile, PID: 29823
java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'boolean java.lang.Boolean.booleanValue()' on a null object reference

O mesmo era para apresentar uma caixa informando campos vazios.
