Feature Request: Add support for Nintendo Campus Challenge 92 and Powerfest '94

Is it possible to re-add support for multi-track rom dumps like Nintendo Campus Challenge 92 and Powerfest '94?

The last bsnes version to allow for these games to play is Higan,(which to what i recall was the only emulator that could correctly play Campus Challenge) but support was removed by Near after v106 if i recall correctly.

I think there was a Higan retroarch core but has since been deprecated.
